Description: This position is the Senior Manager of Base Management at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Silverdale, Washington: dedicated to the mission of providing, maintaining and protecting the Strategic Weapons systems for the Pacific Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarine Fleet. This position reports directly to the SWFPAC Director to assist in the management of 400+ LM SWFPAC employees with a budget of over $95M. Manage activities in the areas of missile/motor assembly/disassembly, test, inspection and delivery through four subordinate managers working in four different production buildings and with a combined workforce that includes salaried and represented employees. Furnish management systems to achieve effective missile body operations required by ordnance documents and other DOD/Navy/LM requirements.
