Position: Production Associate Manager Job Description: Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Production Associate Manager to join our team on the 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday shift. Shift: Monday-Thursday, day shift, 6:00AM - 4:30PM. May occasionally be required to work later in the evenings and to support business requirements. What You’ll Be Doing: Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel. With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management.
