Description: We are Lockheed Martin Inspection Supervisor What You Will Be Doing • Supervise represented Quality Inspection employees in Final Assembly by managing job assignments, training, and time off while assuring that Quality, Cost and Schedule goals are achieved. • Implement company Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Aero Codes • Assist employees with computer system and documentations • Perform area FOD audits and interact with the production and DCMA customers • Work with the Corrective Action team to help drive area improvements, RCCA, and employee feedback.
