Description: We are Lockheed Martin First line manager within the Test Operations (Test Ops) Department, motivated to inspire, develop, encourage and support the Flight Test Control Engineer (FTCE) team in pursuit of F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) flight test activities at NAS PAX River, MD. Responsibilities include: - On-site leadership oversight of all FTCEs, ensuring adherence to configuration control protocols, standard work and process/procedure discipline in accordance with the JSF Operating Guides (JOGs) and PAX ITF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - As Test Ops interface between Engineering and Maintenance, coordinates de-confliction of mods and planned maintenance across aircraft execution plans - Coordination of aircraft mods/planned maintenance into overall weekly, 6-week and longer term roadmaps with the Mod Planning team, Maintenance, Flight Test Engineering and Flight Test Instrumentation teams. - Maintaining FTCE training requirements and ensuring they...
