Description: We are Lockheed Martin This position is for a first line manager of an F-16 flight test engineering department at Edwards AFB, CA. This department is responsible for the engineering support of the developmental test fleet, to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) testing. Fully staffed, the candidate will manage the workflow of and provide leadership to an array of test discipline engineers, leading a multi-functional team of approximately 12 to 15 engineers.
