Position Summary
Odyssey is recruiting to fill a Senior Management Analyst (Recruitment & Placement) supporting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI) , who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to: Design, execute, and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to build and sustain a pipeline of qualified, pre-screened candidates for designated program vacancies. Promotes diverse sourcing channels, including specialized niche job boards, professional networks, industry events, and employee referral programs.
