Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING This position will support the Maritime Integrated Air and Missile Defense (MIAMD) Sub-Market Segment and the LCS, AMC, CSEA Programs and associated smaller Programs. THE WORK •As a Subcontracts Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Subcontract Program Manager in strategic proposal/program execution efforts, defining, and executing subcontract/supplier strategies, determine contracting incentives, structuring formal agreements for teammates and strategic suppliers and ensuring program excellence through strong supply chain performance. • The successful candidate will develop proposal evaluation criteria, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, and negotiate and award subcontracts. • Maintaining and administrating resulting subcontracts by coordinating additions, deletions, and modifications. • Responsible for the day-to-day management of key programs and suppliers within the sub-market...
