Description: As the Strategic Weapons Systems Operations Senior Manager, you will lead Reentry Body Organization at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), Naval Base Kitsap -Submarine Base Bangor, Washington, supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program. We are looking for a strong leader to guide a large and diverse Lockheed Martin workforce and influence personnel through critical sustainment operations within high operational tempos while preparing the organization for planned program activation activities and SWF commonality initiatives.
