Description: You will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Fabrication) for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety‑critical systems for defense and commercial customers. What You Will Be Doing As the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Fabrication) you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Fabrication area (Welding, Machining, Sheet Metal, Paint, etc). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supervise direct reports, including career development, performance reviews, and staffing. Oversee quality‑engineering work assignments such as quoting, capacity planning, budgeting, and capital planning.
