Description: You will be a 1st shift supervisor with our Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Chelmsford Operations team. We are seeking a dynamic supervisor who is ready to hit the ground running. This role is all about leadership on the floor, setting the pace, developing people, and ensuring factory execution. What You Will Be Doing As a Manufacturing Supervisor (6:00am – 4:30PM, Monday–Thursday) in Chelmsford Operations, you will be the leader in the room every day who is setting the pace, driving results, and supporting the operators who make our mission possible.
