Description: What You Will Be Doing This is a Manufacturing Engineer Sr Staff position on the Production Engineering (PE) F‑35 Strategic Corrective Action (SCA) team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role dynamic role you will serve in a Technical Lead capacity, primarily supporting the Rework and Repair (R&R) Council, as well as other potential special assignments and Technical Lead duties as required. In this role you will lead investigations of manufacturing discrepancies across multiple build sections, applying Lean Six Sigma tools to uncover root causes, close process gaps, and develop corrective action plans. You will work closely with Quality Engineering and Production Operations, coordinate cross functional teams, promote creative problem solving, and drive product improvement initiatives.
