Description: What You Will Be Doing • Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for Production Control on the Program Performance Management Team (PPMT). • Interface directly with all levels of management, fostering cross-functional integration across production, supply chain, and engineering teams. • Lead manpower management through the development and maintenance of a Manpower Matrix, ensuring proper budgetary control and resource alignment. Material Management & Optimization: • Ensure that all materials are available in the right place at the right time, managing material flow, and minimizing disruptions to production. • Monitor and manage material metrics, taking action on unplanned material adds from previous weeks. • Validate and review material shortages in collaboration with Control Account Managers (CAM) and assess impacts on Estimated Costs at Completion (EACs). • Review schedule stability to ensure production timelines remain consistent and achievable.
