Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing Engineering – Dallas Electrical Shop PWB/PCB team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality printed wiring boards (PWB) that enable mission‑critical missile systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading the Electronics Fabrication effort within the Dallas Electrical Shop. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Define, implement, and continuously improve PWB manufacturing processes and work instructions. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.
