Description: We are seeking a Huntsville Site Production Operations Integration team member to join the site leadership team. In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with program and functional leadership to deploy production operations methodologies across the Huntsville Site. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: • Support Huntsville Site Production Operations Sr. Manager to fully implement production requirements and poise the site for success to maximize production capacity • Creating and maintain site metrics utilizing the LM Space Focused Leader Excellence (FLEX) Daily Management System • Establish and lead site production business rhythm • Engage with customer counterparts as necessary • Develop and maintain a robust action item database that establishes deadlines and tracks closure • Planning, organizing, and completing projects (technical and non-technical) within area of assigned responsibility. • Pursuing opportunities to...
