Description: What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) to lead a team of 20+ hourly bargaining unit associates in the C-130J Forward/Aft Fuselage production. This role is instrumental in ensuring cost, schedule, and quality performance, while implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
