THE WORK The selected candidate will work as a Conformal Coating Operator handling complex applications, some of the main everyday tasks are: Cover components (connectors, switches) that must stay free of coating. Application – Apply coating using spray guns, brushes, or dipping processes. Quality Control – Verify uniform coverage, often with UV light. Curing & Rework – Run curing ovens and repair any coating defects. Conformal Coating– Manually spray or dip PCBs and operate automated, computer controlled coating equipment (e.g., PVA machines).
