Description: Unload and handle all types of components, parts, assemblies, materials, etc., delivered to the O/R Center. Aid in checking shipments. Open shipping containers. Deliver items to production line and/or re-preserve units and reseal containers and place in storage area. Preserve and prepare for shipment components being returned to customers. Spray, dip or brush parts with prescribed preservatives, tape, tubes, threads, etc. Apply grease or moisture-proof paper, place in containers, wrap and seal according to specified requirements. Aid in the fabrication of standard packing boxes and be familiar with correct methods of cushioning, locating items in containers and bolting parts securely. Load outgoing items on freight cars, airplanes, trucks, etc. Operate electric or hand truck as required. Perform other duties, usually of a related or similar nature such as repairing or modifying containers as required, at the direction of supervision. #OneLMHotJobs Basic...
