Description: Lockheed Martin Space Production Operations is seeking an CNC operator to join our team in Littleton, CO! In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Follow instructions to machine, fabricate, or assemble parts to print and operation sheet specifications using CNC machines • Interpret CAD data, prints and sketches regarding fabrication and follow written instructions • Set up and operation of computer numerical controlled vertical machines. Performs such operations as drilling, milling, boring, & threading, etc. on any/all types of work within the scope of the machine • Perform secondary operations during machine cycle such as deburring and straightening work area • Inspect parts prior to submission and as they are produced using standard gages, micrometers, indicators, vernier calipers, depth gages, and other measuring devices to ensure conformity to specifications • Select and install proper cutting tools, zero in the machine to control...
