JOB DUTIES: Perform sanding, blending, shaping, cleaning, masking, and other tasking related to the preparation and completion of industrial parts for military coating finishes. Work with basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers daily. Working as a team and individually towards a common goal with clear communication efforts. Follow standard and common shop processes to perform work tasking but also be able to 'adapt and overcome' when appropriate. Follow ISO9000 and AS9100 standard processes and procedures.
