Description: Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, cleaning, repair, adjustment, and improvement activities on coating sputter equipment and related manufacturing support systems. Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, cooling, tooling, utility, and basic controls-related issues.
