Description: You will be the Electronic Assembler Technician for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for fabrication and assembly of a variety of harness, cable, and circuit card assemblies. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality printed wiring boards (PWB) that enable mission‑critical missile systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading the Electronics Fabrication effort within the Dallas Electrical Shop. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Define, implement, and continuously improve PWB manufacturing processes and work instructions. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets. Coordinate with design, test, and supply‑chain partners to resolve fabrication issues and ensure compliance with missile‑system requirements.
