Description: You will be a 1st shift supervisor with our Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Chelmsford Operations team. We are seeking a dynamic supervisor who is ready to hit the ground running. This role is all about leadership on the floor, setting the pace, developing people, and ensuring factory execution.
