Description: You will be the SIOP Demand Management Lead with our Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team in Archbald, PA. The team is seeking an experienced Operations professional who will drive strategic planning excellence by delivering real-time visibility into our site’s full value chain, guiding end to end demand planning and analysis for development, production, sustainment, and ad hoc programs. Working closely with Program, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance partners, you will develop and maintain forecasts, align demand inputs with SIOP governance, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure that every demand plan is complete, realistic, and risk aware.
