Description: The D5 Missile Production Associate Manager is responsible for day to day production operations in Missile Body Operations (MBO) and leadership of assigned salaried and hourly represented personnel to ensure organizational goals and production milestones are accomplished safely, on schedule and within budget. Candidate will manage more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as assembly, disassembly, tool and die, packaging. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
