Description: The Ordnance Mechanic position requires the performance of work assignments associated with assembly and disassembly of missiles and their designated payloads. Assist in/and or perform tasks related to missile operations such as package, unpackage, modification, repair, checkout, testing, movement, removal and installation of mechanical and electrical components, installation and removal of payloads and related operations. Perform tasks directly supporting production operations as directed by immediate supervisors such as classified courier responsibilities, support equipment maintenance and inventory control. Basic Qualifications: Possess an entry level knowledge of product final assembly, disassembly, handling, and testing typically gained through a minimum of 12 months experience in an industrial environment or equivalent.
