THE WORK The Materials Manager for the Avionics Product Center will oversee and direct the planning, organizing, and execution of the material logistics activities in order to ensure the orderly and timely flow of materials from suppliers to the warehouse and onto the production floor. The primary focus is to develop and maintain a materials operating system which will enable the Avionics Product Center to meet/exceed production and delivery goals, while minimizing logistics costs and optimizing inventory levels to increase turnover performance.
