Our team is responsible for ultra precision machining, thin film coatings, and the production of complex optical components. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineering Lead you will direct a team of 5 10 engineers, driving best in class manufacturing practices for high performance optics. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead business execution by applying statistical process control, design of experiments, advanced analytics, and root‑cause analysis to continuously improve process yield, cost, and schedule.
