Description: What You Will Be Doing Leadership and Management: • Lead and oversee Supervisors, Technical Leads, and manufacturing activities, including facilities and capital planning, tool utilization, manufacturing plans, workflows, and crew loading. • Assign work priorities to manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineers, industrial engineers, quality engineers, production control, and inspection teams. • Manage direct, indirect, and allocated Business Unit Budgets.
