Description: Job Description The Transition to Production (T2P) Production Operations Manager will serve as the central liaison for all development programs under the RF Sensor Product Center during the critical transition from engineering development into production. The candidate will partner with both our programmatic teams and the factories supporting them to drive alignment on processes, tools, and metrics as it relates to production readiness and ability to ramp. This role ultimately ensures that all RFS PC programs adopt a consistent methodology that aggressively transitions them into a high‑volume environment without delay or interruption.
