Description: This position is for an Industrial Engineer Staff supporting F-35 Component Final Finish (CFF). This role will be responsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions in the F-35 CFF area in both a shop floor support and "above the floor" capacity by analyzing and developing production plans, creating and monitoring production health metrics, and continuous improvement activities. Description: What You Will Be Doing • Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for Production Control on the Program Performance Management Team (PPMT). • Interface directly with all levels of management, fostering cross-functional integration across production, supply chain, and engineering teams. • Lead manpower management through the development and maintenance of a Manpower Matrix, ensuring proper budgetary control and resource alignment.
