Description: You will be the Operations Engineer (Level 2) for the Production Operations – Tooling team. Our team supports tooling design and fabrication to enable internal customer missions. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Engineer (Level 2) you will be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional activities that ensure high‑quality tool production and continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Communicate and collaborate daily with Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Production Planning, and leadership to align on tooling requirements. Review manufacturing documentation and develop clear work instructions for tool fabrication. Create manufacturing plans, perform make‑or‑buy analyses, and identify production risks.
