Description: Role Overview The Multi-Functional Supervisor leads daily operations on the manufacturing floor for the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) program in Huntsville, AL. This role ensures team performance aligns with key metrics for safety, quality, cost, and schedule while fostering a continuous improvement mindset. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
