Description: Our team is responsible for work measurement, cost analysis, capacity requirements planning (reporting and analysis), capital project management and budget planning, discrete event simulation, staffing forecasts, etc. As an Industrial Engineer, you will support cross-functional improvement efforts for ADP programs, working closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. You will also perform data analysis, observations, and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement.
