Description SAIC is seeking a Flyout Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support the Medusa Sustainment Team, the U.S. Air Force's solution for defense against small unmanned aerial systems (s UAS). Medusa is a government owned Command and Control (Medusa C2) System of Systems integrating sensors, electronic/kinetic effectors, and advanced algorithms to provide tailorable C sUAS capability for fixed base, portable, mounted, and handheld operations worldwide. Description SAIC is seeking Field Service Representatives (FSR) to support the U.S. Army's Maneuver Short-Range Air Defense (M-SHORAD) program. The FSR will provide onsite technical expertise, training, and coordination for fielding, operation, troubleshooting, and sustainment of the M-SHORAD system across CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive air defense and/or counter-UAS experience and a strong background in soldier / operator training, system employment, and field support. Prior military experience and 9+ years of experience preferred. This position requires frequent interaction with Army units and other DoD stakeholders, providing hands-on support for system fielding, new equipment training, and sustainment.
