Description SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician IV in Bedford, IN to support the U.S. Navy. This position will need someone experienced with building mechanical and electrical assemblies, knows e-mail etiquette, and can communicate with both CIV and CTR. This position is perfect for someone that is organized and willing to work in small teams and with government oversight. Job duties include but are not limited to: Using hand tools and power tools to assemble according to engineering drawings Building wire harnesses and cable assemblies using mechanical and soldered contacts. Wiring system to schematics and engineering drawings and testing of electrical circuits. Using test equipment to test and analyze power, Ethernet, and RF cables.
