Overview LMI is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator  to play a pivotal role in keeping the marketing team connected, ensuring smooth operations, streamlined workflows, and effective cross-team collaboration.  This role will work closely with the VP of External Marketing & Communications to improve team coordination, maintain project tracking systems, document best practices, and monitor key marketing performance metrics.   The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the GovCon market. They are highly organized, systems-oriented, proactive, and data-driven, with a natural ability to bring order to complexity.
