LMI is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our agile team developing software solutions to support a DOD Army program. This position requires an active Secret clearance. As a UX Researcher at LMI, your primary role will be to help define the future of the product, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and intuitive. You will develop research plans, conduct discovery interviews and observational research, and translate these findings into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include creating personas, storyboards, user stories, and documenting business requirements optimized for various devices and interfaces.
