The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst and subject matter expert (SME) in naval training events and exercises (in particular, Large Scale Exercises [LSE]). Echelon III or higher staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training programs and the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) are a must for this position.
