JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an Agile Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile development teams through effective implementation of Agile and SAFe practices. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills, as well as technical fluency within enterprise IT environments. This role provides global IT support to the military and contractors, and occasional on-site support at locations both CONUS and OCONUS may be required.
