Position: Junior Customer Support Associate Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE At Arrow, we're looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our EMEA Value Added Services (VAS) team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer operations, supply chain, and account management within a global organization. You'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role. Working closely with colleagues across Poland, Mexico, and the United States, you'll support strategic EMEA customers and gain exposure to international business operations, customer-facing activities, and end-to-end order management.
