The Work The Engineering Planner at Lockheed Martin's Mount Laurel, NJ location will be part of the Display Products team supporting Aegis operations and will be responsible for: • Collecting and compiling metrics to be reviewed with product leads and manager for quality and data validity. • Preparing labor charging and technical artifact counts for metrics calculation using the guidance of the baseline leads. • Compiling and uploading approved metrics to Tableau site to determine trends for future projects. • Collecting and evaluating workforce planning reports to support future staffing planning. • Supporting the development of the Monthly Staffing Report presentation for Combat System...
