Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a qualified former Staff Communications Officer (NOBC 9590), Information Professional, or Unrestricted Line Officer with N39/J39 experience to instruct the Network-Centric Warfare (NCW) Warfare Commanders Course. The qualified candidate will provide direct assistance to Tactical Training Group, Atlantic (TTGL) as a Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development, review, implementation, instruction, and assessment of the NCW training program.
