Overview LMI is seeking a highly motivated and talented Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to work onsite at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.   The Mission:  To support USTRANSCOM’s Global Bulk Fuel Management and Delivery (GBFMD) program.
