Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Army Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a Training Program Analyst to provide training, manpower metrics, and data assessment support to Afloat Training Group Atlantic (ATGL) in Norfolk, VA. The Program Analyst will review program data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior levels with military and civilian stakeholders. He/she will have six years of applicable experience in/with: U.S. Navy fleet training operations, policy, and staff procedures. Managing/prioritizing projects involving numerous stakeholders. Leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
