Description SAIC is seeking a qualified Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Planner and Analyst at Naval Warfare Development Center (NWDC), Norfolk, VA. The individual in this position will provide subject matter expertise (SME) and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Planner support to train Navy Fleet HQ staffs in Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) for command and control (C2) of operations at the Operational Level of War (OLW).
