QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Operations Analyst ,to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract. Job Duties: Serve as the monitor of all tasks and events assigned to the Emergency Management (EM) Branch, coordinating workflow and maintaining project schedules. Keep branch leadership and members informed of daily and weekly activities, ensure progress to deadlines, and develop products to meet branch requirements. Manage shared branch file systems and assist in the coordination and synchronization of scheduled events with the Army Protection Division, ensuring audio/visual support is ready prior to event execution. Manage the EM Branch’s ETMS2 accounts on SIPR and NIPR. Assign and track taskings, prepare responses for Government approval, and support task staffing outside ETMS2.
