Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Subject Matter Experts to manage the development of written proposals and orals presentation slides. This hybrid position is with our Proposal Development Center in Reston, VA. Position includes remote and on-site work. The Senior Proposal Manager will work closely with business development and operational personnel to develop and deliver winning, high-quality Federal Government proposals.
