Description SAIC is seeking a secret cleared Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician in Colorado Springs to support the NORAD NITES program. The VTC Technician will be responsible for the operation, and maintenance of Unclassified/Classified/REL VTC systems, Audio/Video (A/V) systems, VTC conference rooms, satellite television/broadcast systems, and related services at the N&NC HQ. The VTC Technician will also schedule conference rooms and be in support of the government. The role includes providing responsive support for the top leadership, managing high-priority incidents, and ensuring the highest level of service quality. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly preventative maintenance for all relevant AV/VTC systems.
