Description: The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) team seeks a motivated and detail-oriented AI professional with a strong background in AI/ML concepts and technologies. You will be part of a team developing Lockheed Martin AI talent and building an AI community. Within the LAIC, the AI Factory Growth team focuses on building a strong and vibrant AI/ML community including tools, knowledge sharing, events, and training. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving training that promotes the adoption of GenAI and AI talent growth across the enterprise. This includes teaching live instructor-led courses for technical and non-technical audiences, developing course content and supporting materials, and partnering with the AI Community team to extend learning beyond the classroom through events and knowledge sharing.
