This role supports daily IT operations, service desk coordination, inventory tracking, reporting, communications management, and administrative compliance. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a secure technical environment. Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for users in the lab / IT support environment. Support service desk intake, ticket tracking, routing, and follow-up. Redirect walk-up requests into the formal ticketing process. Compile and distribute service desk reports. Run reports from project ticketing systems across classified and unclassified environments.
